We will accept any unopened or defective return within 30 days of delivery, with the exception of the things designated as non-returnable below. Please contact us to set up the return. If the item we sent to you is defective or is not what you ordered, we will send you a shipping label for the return. We will issue a full refund to the credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase as soon as the item is delivered back to us.If you ordered the wrong item by mistake or just changed your mind about the purchase, and if the product is still unopened, we will refund the purchase price for the returned item only, not the shipping fee. You will need to arrange to ship the item back to us within the 30 day return window. A refund will be issued when the item has been delivered back to us.
If your purchase was damaged during shipment and the package was insured, we may elect to file an insurance claim. Please contact us to report the damage as soon as you receive the package. Please attach photos of the damage and retain the item plus packaging until the claim has been completed. A refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase after the claim has been settled.
Please contact the store as soon as possible if you receive a tracking number for your package and it fails to arrive.
Exclusive Record Store Day, Black Friday Record Store Day and In-store Event purchases are not returnable as well as any other item designated as non-returnable on its item page. Product shipped to international customers cannot be returned.
